Terms & Conditions...

Ten working days notice would be appreciated. However, we will do our best to accommodate orders at short notice (i.e. less than 10 working days), so it’s always worth asking!

The minimum order value is £60

Deliveries are free within the Teign Valley. Please ask for details of delivery charges outside of this area.

Clean dishes will be collected by mutual arrangement. Damaged or broken items will be charged for at the time of collection.

Payment can be made by BACS or cash.

A 25% non-returnable deposit will be required at the time of booking to secure the required date.

Quotes will be confirmed by email after our telephone consultation, and are valid for 14 days. In the case of a booking at short notice, the full amount will be payable at the time of booking. We will invoice you for the outstanding balance 7 days before the meal delivery, and funds must be received by the day of delivery. If you are paying by cash, payment can be made on delivery.

If you need to cancel a booking, please phone us first to let us know, and then confirm the cancellation by email.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

- 72-48 hours’ notice: 25% of the total cost (which is covered by your deposit)

- 48-24 hours’ notice: 50% of the total cost

- Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% of the total cost

If you need to alter your menu or numbers notice should be given as soon as possible and I will revise the quotation.

Food allergies & dietary requirements must be notified at the time of booking. I am happy to prepare dishes which do not contain gluten, dairy or nuts, or any other allergens. However, we are not a “free from” kitchen so please do get in touch to discuss your requirements or for more information.

We are fully insured & have the highest food hygiene rating of 5 from Teignbridge Council.
